Salesloop helps you prospect on Linkedin more effectively so that you book more high quality conversations using automation.

How to Integrate Salesloop With Visitor Queue

  1. If you already have a Salesloop account, sign in here. If you are new to Salesloop, you can sign up in minutes to get started.
  2. Once you sign in or sign up, you'll be able to see your Salesloop dashboard. If you’ve just signed up, you will be prompted to Validate Your Linkedin Account. If you’ve already connected your account, you can check or amend it by clicking in the top right-hand corner:
  3. Once you access the "Validate Account" page, you should see a login & password box, along with IP options. Please input your Linkedin credentials and select a country option (US is default).

  5. When you first try to connect your account, Linkedin may require a Pin Code to link Salesloop with your Linkedin account. This will be sent to the email address that you use for logging in to Linkedin; copy the pin code from this email and add in:

  7. Once your account is successfully validated, it should show under My Accounts:

  9. Once you've connected your Linkedin & Salesloop account, you are now able to automate Linkedin messages to be sent through Salesloop and connect your Visitor Queue account to identify companies showing intent. Click on "Create Campaign" in the top header bar to view the options for Campaign creation.
  10. Select "Connect Visitor Queue" from the available options.
  11. You will need to add your Visitor Queue API key to capture company & location data coming from your Visitor Queue account.
  12. Review the Site name to verify that it is your site.
  13. Add in "Job Title, Country and Industry" fields as required (you can also leave these blank). These fields will be used alongside the Visitor Queue data to generate a Linkedin search for your ideal buyer/customer profile. Click the Pre-load button at the top right, just above the search boxes.
  14. The search will begin, and within 60 seconds, you should see the profiles start to populate below the search box. The search will continue to load in the background; you can now click the "Next" button (now available next to the Pre-Load button).
  15. Now, you can create the Connection Request message (300 character limit) and Follow Up message (3000 character limit), including the variable (first and last name). Once complete, click Next.
  16. Here, you will see a summary of your campaign. Click Publish to enable your campaign to Go-Live. This usually takes about 10-15 mins to set up as the search completes in the background, and tasks are queued.
